However, the reality of this process is that the prices are really not lowered that much. But, the product does get purchased. This is similar to the ways in which agents in real estate sell and buy houses on the market.</p>
<p>The recession has hit the real estate market with a bang. There are numerous homes on the market that are for sale that have no buyer to even look at them. So the real estate agent with the home in question, decides of ways in which they can lure the buyers in. These are great offers and ones that any buyer should take advantage of. And it could be way for which the buyer can get back some of their money.</p>
<p>This is the practice of allowing cash rebates, however, there are around a dozen of states that do consider this to be an unethical practice and have banned it from happening. Those Realtors that have been in the business for years, do not allow cash rebates to occur. However, there are those agents that do allow it do happen.</p>

In all reality, some states in the United States do encourage cash rebates on the transactions that occur in real estate. But, the problem occurs with many citizens feeling as if the policy is wrong because it is much similar to when political candidates by using ways in which is what they considered back handed to their rivals.</p>
<p>Real estate is monitored through a website designed specifically for this purpose by the US Department of Justice. On this website are the list of laws that have been made by each state. Around eleven states have said that cash rebated in real estate transactions are deemed illegal. But, those that are for the process believes that this does not allow for smooth transaction to occur.</p>
<p>Most of the real estate transactions that do offer these cash rebates transactions usually range of a discount of around 33 to 50 percent of the money that the agent gets for commissions.
